Google Maps supplies a selection of up to five reviews based on relevance. The carousel displays only five-star reviews from that selection, ordered by publication date from newest to oldest. Reviews without a valid publication date appear last; equal dates retain Google’s order. Reviews without written feedback or the information needed to display and attribute them are omitted. This may result in fewer than five reviews and does not necessarily show the newest reviews from the practice’s full review history. Review dates, names, and text reflect the information supplied by Google.

Long reviews can be expanded with Read More. Each review links to its source on Google Maps. If the service is unavailable or returns no matching reviews, selected five-star excerpts previously checked against the practice’s Google listing appear with an excerpt label. These excerpts are not presented as the most recent reviews. Reviews describe individual experiences and do not guarantee treatment outcomes.

Privacy

The feature requests reviews through our hosting provider, Cloudflare, when you approach the review section. It does not request access to your Google account. The API key remains on the server, and the feature does not save review responses in cookies, browser storage, or a review database.

When reviewer profile images load, your browser connects to Google’s image service. Opening a review or author profile also takes you to Google. Google may receive information such as your IP address and browser details through these connections. The Google Privacy Policy is incorporated into this privacy notice for the feature.
